Lumina Coco Media offers digital and physical creative products including original music compositions, published novels, visual artwork, fuse bead art, and rainbow loom creations. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• All purchases made through our third-party storefronts (Amazon, eBay, Spotify, YouTube) are subject to those platforms' respective terms and policies.
• For custom commission orders placed directly with us, payment terms will be communicated at the time of the quote.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Custom Commissions

Custom orders require agreement on scope, pricing, and timeline before work begins. A deposit may be required for custom pieces. Custom commissions typically take 2–4 weeks. Once a custom piece is in production, cancellations may not be accepted after work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including music, artwork, written works, images, and designs — is the intellectual property of Lumina Coco Media and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights.

6. Digital Products

Digital purchases (eBooks, music downloads, digital art files) are non-refundable once delivered. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the digital content. Redistribution or resale of digital files is strictly prohibited.

7. Shipping & Returns

• Physical products are shipped through our eBay and Amazon storefronts. Shipping times and costs are determined at checkout on those platforms.
• Returns and refunds for physical products are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective platform (eBay or Amazon).
• Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lumina Coco Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Music Licensing

Our music is available for personal listening on Spotify and YouTube. Commercial use, synchronization, or licensing of our music for third-party projects requires prior written approval. Please contact us to discuss licensing terms.
